What this is not

Landing.Reviews.Contrast.title

Landing.Reviews.Contrast.subtitle

  • Not a review tool

We split the guest before they reach Google. We do not exist to manage 1-stars after they post.

  • Not an SEO agency

How you show up follows guests you actually attended. We do not sell ranking.

  • Not a Birdeye-class contract

QR on-site, live in minutes, month-to-month. No enterprise suite to justify a year of invoices.

  • Not a yearly CS program

A weekly habit: who left happy, who is hurting, who you still have not attended.

After they leave

Landing.Reviews.Problem.title

Landing.Reviews.Problem.subtitle

  1. 01

Happy guests walk out with no review. Unhappy guests go straight to Google.

  2. 02

Cards and inboxes mostly hear complaints — you miss promoters and the chance to recover in private.

  3. 03

You cannot attend a location or a person you cannot see this week.

Weekly care

Landing.Reviews.Care.title

Landing.Reviews.Care.subtitle

  1. 01

    Stars and volume

Rating and review count — the surface guests already see.

  2. 02

    Where they come from

Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor — which platform is actually feeding your name.

  3. 03

    What they talk about

What they celebrate and what is hurting, in their words.

  4. 04

    History

Quiet months, spikes, rating drift — the rhythm of the place.

  5. 05

    Next 12 months

This pace versus catching happy guests and recovering the unhappy ones.

FAQ

Landing.Reviews.Faq.title

We already use review cards or a Google link.

Cards skew negative. Elia splits the guest: fans to Google, problems to your team in private — before they post.

Is this another survey?

No. Two buttons. Happy guests are done in seconds. Unhappy ones get a short AI chat — not twenty questions.

Do you pull our existing Google reviews?

Yes. The reputation report can show public reviews you already have, plus new ones earned on-site. We still catch bad experiences before they go public.

Is sending guests to Google illegal?

No. It is not a crime to send a guest to Google Reviews, and we do not pay for ratings or post fake ones. Google’s own policy is stricter than the law: they forbid review gating — asking how it went, then sending only happy guests to Google and keeping the rest private. That can get reviews removed or a Business Profile limited. It is not jail. Guests can still find you on Google and post if they want. This is not legal advice.

Is this SEO?

No. We do not sell ranking. How you show up on Google follows guests you actually attended this week.

What happens on the call?

We are looking for 50 in-person businesses. On the call we open your report and pick one thing to attend this week. Free. The only thing we need is that conversation.

Will you email or text our customers?

No blasts. Capture happens on-site when they scan your QR.
